My Artist Page is seeking an energetic well spoken individuel to help drive execution of customer service strategies.
In your role as community manager with My Artist Page is to establish a superior level of customer service with our members and continuously communicate with them to ensure they are getting the most out of their use of the platform.
- Foster key relationships with members / customers while ensuring customer feedback is received.
- Assist members / customers on use of the platform.
- Develop, implement, and manage customer relationship strategies across all assigned accounts.
- Conduct customer reviews and compile feedback for the development team on platform improvements.
- Assist new members with the onboarding processes and establish a superior level of customer service experience for our customers.
- Compile and organize user data to present to management team weekly
- Reach out to potential customers to introduce them to MAPs and invite them onboard for a free trial.
- Research key influencers that we could reach out to about joining MAPs.
- Engage with users on our social media platforms
